At c2c Counseling supervision is provided by Cynthia Welch, LCSW-S. Cynthia is a Texas board approved supervisor.
Cynthia has a passion for teaching and motivating fellow social workers to be ethical, competent, and theoretically sound clinicians. Supervision is an ongoing and evolving process to enhance clinical and professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes. Cynthia's supervision focuses on mastering clinical skills and shaping your identity as a Clinical Social Worker.
